Type#1 Cd-rom, include the Cd-rom controller.
Type#2 Cd-roms and over, are connecting with the part of the mainboard,
that the Cd-rom controller is installed.

DO NOT solder in bios points, cause this may effect in your consoles' mainboard.
DO NOT use any CD-backups over 650 mb, you may tune off your laser adjustment.
